When borrowing a bike from us for the 14-day loan period, you must be covered by Pedal Power insurance. This insurance is in the form of a Pedal Power membership (purchased through the Pedal Power website here). If you are already a Pedal Power member, you do not need to become a member again.

Please make sure to provide us with your Pedal Power membership number, so we can add it to our records.
