Want to reduce your carbon footprint, save money and increase your physical and mental health? Want to arrive at your destination fresh and energised? Need a hand carrying those bulky items? Want stress-free parking? Try an electric bike and discover a new lifestyle!

Borrow cargo style bikes for carrying kids, groceries and anything else in your busy lifestyle, or standard commuter bikes for commuting and errands. The bikes come fitted with child seats, panniers, lights and locks so that you’re all set to carry what you need.

Use the filters on our lending platform to view bikes by carrying capacity and frame size. If you need further advice on which bikes will suit your needs, we can help.

Loans are for 14 days. Bikes are collected and returned on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Downer; and on Fridays from Kambah.

How to borrow a bike from us

Scroll down the page to have a look at the different types of bikes available in our fleet.
Pick a bike that you’d like to loan from either our Downer or Kambah sites.
Register for an account through our myTurn page.
Reserve one (or several) bikes you’d like to borrow.
Our team will be in touch over the next few days to confirm your loan.

Hours

Downer: 12pm-6pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Kambah: 4pm-6pm Fridays.

Insurance

Bike loans are free, but you will need to purchase insurance.

When borrowing a bike from us, you must be covered by Pedal Power insurance, by becoming a temporary Pedal Power member (available here). Please ensure that you provide us with your membership number so we can ensure you’re covered.

Please note: our bikes cannot be used for business purposes.
