Donate to Support the SEE Change Community

Donations help us run events, projects and programs to empower Canberrans to work towards a sustainable city. 

SEE Change is a registered environmental charity with deductible gift recipient status. That means you can claim your donation as part of your tax return. Each year we are required to report to the Federal Government on how we have used donations.  Donate over $2 to support one of our many activities and get a tax deduction. As well as a one-off donation, you can also setup a recurring donation on a monthly and annual cycle at your choosing.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, all donations over $2 are tax deductible.

  • Yes! Regular donations give us security and help us plan our projects more effectively.

  • You can pay online with a credit/debit card, in person at our office in Downer, or by bank deposit (contact us for details).

  • SEE Change is a registered charity with the ACT Container Deposit Scheme. At most sites, you can elect to donate the deposits from your bag of containers to SEE Change. Here is a rundown.

  • Yes, our online donations are processed using Fundraise Up. You can find out more about their security measures here.
